The Dust N Gold Rodeo is back for another year and will be kicking off on Saturday at the Equestrian Centre on the Flinders Highway.
It opens at 10am with a second performance at 6pm.
The day will include bull riding, bareback, barrel racing, roping and steer wrestling with a fully licensed bar, canteen and stalls available.
Tomorrow night is a night for the musos in town with Tenori Live at the World Theatre.
The three powerhouse Queensland singers will be belting out some classic tunes from 2pm onwards.
Tickets are $15 per person and can be bought from the World Theatre.

The second place is the Burdekin Falls Dam, there’s boating, camping, fishing and more all available on the dam.
Finally, the Macrossan Bridge on the Flinders Highway provides a natural oasis for camping and fishing.
This weekend is the QCWA markets from 8am-1pm.
At the movies this weekend is the new Marvel hit Batman vs Superman and for the kids Zootopia and Kung-Fu Panda 3.
At the drive-in is Zootopia followed by Good Dinosaur on field 1 and a blast from the past with Charlie’s Angels 1 and 2 being shown on field 2.
