Early bird season passes for this year’s Annual Vision Splendid Outback Film Festival are being offered as the hugely successful event moves into its fourth year.
Greg Dolgopolov, Festival visionary and Creative Director says that theme also gives focus to the 2017 theme would celebrate women in film, to “women of the outback”.
Mr Dolgopolov says the latest Australian films would be screened at the open-air Royal Theatre and adds that latest in virtual reality and special effects would be explored.
Winton and guests can look forward to almost two weeks of creative splash with the festival which will include masterclass luncheons and breakfasts with Australian film stars and dignitaries, tours of Winton’s well-loved film locations, award-winning live entertainment, a kid’s club and film screenings across three outback cinemas.
Festival director Mark Melrose says keep an eye out for the official programme due to be released shortly.
